My criminal background check was good but they did an employment background check and I put that my current job title is "xyz Manager" when they ran it, my job title is actually "xyz Team Leader" That's what we call our managers. So there was a discrepancy error that came back.
My potential training supervisor said it should be okay, but I'm waiting for HR to push me through. Any thoughts on this? (Unfortunately, I can't go back in time and I know I made that error).
