I am a new grad and have been working for a few months. I would say I am sufficiently happy at my role and my pay is good enough. I received an offer that is 2x my current pay. I feel like this is too early to leave but it’s hard to pass on the new offer.
I am wondering, do you think it is at all possible to not burn bridges if I leave this early? I got my role using connections and I don’t want to upset those people either.
Do you think there’s a way I could leave on good terms with my company and perhaps keep in touch with them and use them as references?
