Folks, I am applying internally in my company. I have to say, after being in a Role for 3 years, I lost my interviewing mojo. I wrote myself an elevator spiel, all the standard Q&As, but they all sound and feel so flat. How do I get back into the excitement for interviewing? How do I “brag” nicely about my achievements? Part of me doubts myself (and wants to get out of the current role and boss) and it is probably what throws me off. I did hire a resume writer on Fiverr to spruce my wordy and lengthy cover letters and resume. Anyone feels kind of slugging about interview prep?
