My Supervisor told me to take a week off. Does this mean I’m suspended or fired?

Coworkers has been making false complaints about me. I cleared it with my supervisor and he seemed chilled about.

Today I received a text from him saying that I can take a week off and that he’ll contact me on Monday.

Is it wise to call him back or should I wait?

I am scared s**tless right now.
