I have been job hunting for over 4 months now with absolutely no luck. I feel like my experience is holding me back because the longest experience I have was working at a fast food chain for 4 months. Would it really be that terrible if I change that 4 months to a year? I don't think especially in the situation the worlds in, recruiters want to hire people with little experience. Also, its a minimum wage job... would they really ask for a reference number and dive so deep into checking if my information is spot on?
