Handling a withdrawn job offer - what to ask from the company?

I have just finished my final year at university and had a grad position lined up for September, all contracts were signed months ago. They've got in touch to say they will not be proceeding with my employment with them (due to covid). They want to call me to discuss it and also offer some support.

What can I expect and is there anything specific I should ask for from the company (e.g. contacts, recommendations etc) that will help me going forwards?
