Head hunter trying to poach me

I've been getting offers from head hunters when I have a current contract.

Some of them pay more some don't money is kind of a concern but unless I win the lotto tomorrow my problems will be the same for most of my work life so.

Should I still consider offers from head hunters if they are making the first move?

How do I deal with it? I am doing IT for 6 months with a charity.
